What languages do you offer instruction in?
We offer instruction in English and Spanish, and our instructors are fluent in both languages.
What methods of payment are accepted?
We accept payments via:
- Zelle
- Credit/debit card**
**Please note that merchant processing fee applies to card payments. If you prefer to pay via Zelle, you may send payment to 305-865-5688 (we recommend copying and pasting the number to avoid mistakes).
Should I list my kid on my insurance policy?
We suggest reaching out to your insurance agent for clarification, since insurance companies have different rules. Your agent will be able to provide guidance specific to your policy
What is your refund policy?
All payments are non-refundable once the School is ready, willing, and able to perform the agreed services.
Notwithstanding the above, the School reserves the sole and absolute discretion to issue full or partial refunds on a case-by-case basis.
In the event a refund is authorized, the Customer acknowledges and agrees that:
- The refund may be subject to deduction of any services already rendered
- Merchant processing fees, transaction fees, and/or refund processing fees may be deducted from the refunded amount
- Any applicable administrative costs incurred by the School may also be deducted
Online Courses
Where can I take my course?
Our online courses can be taken from any cellphone, tablet, or computer, allowing you to learn at your own pace, anytime, anywhere.
Do I have to complete my course in one sitting?
No! We've made the course flexible and have given you the ability to work at your own pace on your own schedule. You can log on and off the program as needed, and your progress will be saved. You can take as much time as you need to read the course materials and proceed at a pace that works for you. The courses are available 24/7.
When will I get my certificate of completion?
As soon as you complete the course, your certificate will be available for download inside your account. If you choose to have your certificate sent via Regular Mail, it will be sent the same business day (if you complete before 2 pm EST) and should arrive in 3-5 business days.
Should I sent the Certificate to the Clerks of Court?
Yes. It is your responsibility to submit your certificate to the same county in which you received your ticket.
Are these online courses approved by the State?
Yes! Our courses are 100% state-approved in all the states we serve: Florida, New Jersey, New York, and Virginia.
Behind-the-Wheel
How do I schedule a behind-the-wheel lesson?
Log in to your student account on our website, then select an available time and your preferred instructor.
Do you offer pick-up and drop-off service?
Yes! For your convenience, we offer pick-up and drop-off at your home, school, or workplace. Pickup and drop-off points can be the same or different (some restrictions apply).
Will I drive my car or the school car?
You will be driving one of our school cars, which is equipped with added safety features like a passenger brake, extra mirrors, and student driver signs-features not found in standard vehicles.
Can another person ride along in the car during the lesson?
Unfortunately, no. Due to our commercial insurance requirements, only the student and instructor may be in the vehicle during the lesson. For safety and transparency, all school vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking and dash cameras that record both inside and outside the vehicle.
Will I be able to select my instructor?
Yes, our scheduling system displays all available lessons and instructors. If your preferred instructor is available, you may select them at the time of booking.
Do you have female instructors?
Yes, we have female instructors available. We understand that some students prefer a female instructor.
How do I reschedule a driving lesson?
If you need to reschedule a lesson, please log in to your account on our website to do so. All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be completed at least 48 hours in advance (excluding weekends) to avoid a late cancellation or rescheduling fee.
